We are more than just audio technicians, jewellers or musicians: we're also miniaturists, prop makers and effects designers

Cali Calo FX was long overdue, so we decided to go ahead and created an FX department within Cali Calo Musique

THE SYNCHRONIZER

At the heart of our work is THE SYNCHRONIZER, a circuit we designed to help dioramists, cosplayers, prop makers, railroaders and many other hobbyists synchronize their desired LIGHT or MOVEMENT EFFECTS to the duration of their own SOUND EFFECTS, whether there are short burst and blasts or long voice logs.

We wanted it to be really user friendly and didn't want any kind of programming or coding involved... And we did just that! It works right out of the box!

The first prop we chose to showcase THE SYNCHRONIZER, among many, was the Science Tricorder TOS

We knew from the start that the prop would have to measure up to our own expectations: it had to look and feel right
